Every time I drive I get this squealing noise is this the brakes?

Every time I drive the vehicle I hear squeals and squeaks and I mean I know I have a loose bumper it's all zip tied together but I I hear this constant like squeaking squealing noise coming from the the front end is this the brakes? I know this is another newbie question listen I haven't worked on a vehicle in 30 40 years. I greatly appreciate everybody's help and your patience.

Sounds like you need a brake job and I'd go ahead and put new front wheel bearings in while you're there.
