Engine rumbles inside the cabin

I seem to have a bigger problem brewing.
2007 Xterra recently had Plugs/wires changed, tranny flush, radiator replaced, fuel system cleaner, throttle body cleaned, O2 sensors replaced, PCV valve replaced.... all within about a 2 month period.
Ever since I had the plugs and wires changed in the beginning, I have been having a loud rumble in the cabin at around a 650 idle and especially when I put in reverse. It can be so loud and ear ringing BUT when outside the truck, it sounds fine. I thought it might have been the muffler or catalytic converters but there is no sign of damage.
When making this rumbling, the truck DOES NOT shake, have rough idle, smell of gas, oil or coolant. Seems to get worse the colder it is outside.
POSSIBLE bad engine mount, cracked head?????

Does the rumble change w rpm or stay the same?
Does it go away one the engine warms up?

the rumble goes away when the idle speed changes. Only rumbles at basically THAT speed. When the truck is warmed up and the idle drops to normal speed (around 550-575) or anytn higher then about 650-675, its quiet. But regardless of engine temp, it rumbles at 650.
