Elec B (7.5) fuse keeps blowing - 2003 SE SC

Hello all,

Whenever I replace my Elec B (7.5) fuse [Controls my map/dome lights], it keeps blowing. I've replaced all the bulbs and checked the switches, still blows. Any suggestions?
