Installed the Volant air box today.. about a 2 hour project.. Took my time drank a few beers
Like I have read on other sites.. I must say for what thee cost.. Volant cheaped out on a few key parts.. No screws to mount this back on the x?
and a couple different sized vacuum tubes.. but over all it was a easy install..
I still need to hook it up to the snorkel.. I figured out how ill do that.. just needed more time..

Yeah man.. I havent finished installing the snorkel to it yet.. Ran out of time last week.
It will take a little cutting in the fender.. That snorkels big issue is the hump on the fenders.. So to install it.. the snorkel has to sit up about 2" more vs the air box..
Im goingto get some plexi glass and attach it to the large opening of the air box.. drill a 3" hole in the plexi and run a tube from the snorkel into the box..
Ill post pix when I do it
