I dig it. I like the idea of having an entire series in one book.
Me too. I like them for a couple reasons. One, so I can hold a physical copy and read it without having to open any bagged and boarded books. Plus as much as I would like to, I know I will never ever own all of the entire sets of all my favorites. Just impossible without thousands of play money.

LOL the Transformer comic reminds me of the animated movie from wat back in the day... nobody ever died on the tv series and they killed tons in the first 10 minutes of the movie.

Also if you ever get out to CO you should check out Mile High Comics Mega store - they used to advertise in the back of comics not sure if they still do

Haha. TMNT was similar with cartoons vs comics. TMNT could get dark real quick, especially the old ones. Nothing like the cartoon lol.

I definitely would like to check them out next time I am in CO.

So as mentioned in the other thread, I updated my ASM need / have excel sheet to now have a tab for the daredevil series as I will be chasing that next. If anyone wants my sheet as a template to make your own need / have sheet let me know and I can email it. I don't use google docs as personal preference. All formulas are plug and play and you can just change the title and end number to appropriate series.

One of these days I'll crack open the 6 long boxes in my closet. So many books.

Reading through the IDW transformers volume 1. It's so good. I grew up of course with the original cartoon and the marvel comics but the IDW books are much better than the old marvel. I recommend reading.

Spiderman 365 came back at a 6. I knew it wouldn't be great, but that's just a keeper at this point.

However, Spider-Man 2099 #1 hit a 9.4 and X-Men 2099 #1 came in at a 9.2. Happy with those.

Now I need to find Doom and Punisher 2099s. They're here somewhere.

This entire long box is Wizard ½ books from the early 90s to the 2000s. They're all 9s and up. Might even be some 10s in there. But there just isn't enough market demand to get them graded.

Next submission is a Spider-Man India #1, Generation X #1 signed (it'll get a green label but it's a 9.9 book), and Marvel Presents Wolverine #1 from 88.

Sent in Wolverine 90 for a Greg Hildebrant gold label.

Also sent a stack of 8 books to a comic presser in NC who then is going to forward them to CGC. All 4 of the Spider-Man 30th anniversary hologram books, Spider-Man 300 (1st Venom), Dr. Strange #1, Spider-Man 100 and Spider-Man 17. That 17 is in real rough shape. It's all there, but it's not pretty. Probably a 2 or 3 at best. Interested to see what the presser can do with it.
