Yeah, it's a well-known fact that it's difficult to conceal a pistol if you're thin...well, not anymore. I'm 5'9" and 150lbs with a 31" waist, and you can't see my sidearm.

I found a guy, Chad, at ThinkFast Custom Kydex that has an AWESOME IWB holster. It's called The Minimalist, and it's that awesome. Seriously.

I had originally worn and sworn by CrossBreed SuperTucks...but it was uncomfortable. Now? I can conceal my FULL SIZE M&P9, even in a tight tshirt.

This is my actual holster. :kewl:

Pics or it didn't happen, right? Right!

Am I carrying?

https://www.facebook.com/ThinkFastHolsters is where you need to be. Yes, he accepts PayPal. He's working on a website, but he's good to go. Takes a few weeks because he makes each one by hand, himself..and has a bit of a back log, but he got mine out 3 weeks sooner than he originally quoted. Only took 2.5 weeks from the date of order, I do believe. Go tell him Karla sent you.

I have, and I will again...but there are times where I'd prefer to conceal, especially with a full size pistol. You know me, I have no fear. LoL.
I prefer to put it out there so people know what they are getting themselves into. G. Zimmerman style....huh see what I did there?

CCW for skinny peps? Yeah, I wouldn't know anything about that. :erm: That wouldn't stop me from ordering another holster though. That looks like a nice one.

Yeah, well, meh! LoL.

I'm pretty sure you could probably find something comparable, but Chad's customer service is top notch and so is his work. I walked around the house for an hour drawing, re-holstering (WITHOUT having to remove the holster from my waistband), and lounging around in it. Comfortable as all get-out. It might get warm in the heat, but any holster will do that.

Check him out, shoot him an email.

I'll do that. I prefer buying from people who know something about good customer service.

Mine has been great. I also have a Blackhawk Serpa

I've got a duty Serpa that I swear by. People with poor trigger finger discipline give them a bad rap. I've worn it on my vest (a la MOLLE style), and on my duty belt, and I haven't pulled a Tex Grebner.

I have never had any trouble with any holster. It is all about presence of mind and PRACTICE! There is no holster that will magically give you a good draw. It has to be worked on.

Yep. Only holster I've had an issue with was the Fobus, and I broke it where the paddle met the holster..broke the plastic right down the screws. I tried to find the pic in my Photobucket account, but I think it's in the account that I forgot the password to.

With holsters - it is my opinion that you get what you pay for. At least buy something molded/ formed for the firearm you intend to put in it. I have learned through trial and error. Not "Tex" kind of error. :what:
I have an SHTF hybrid IWB that is awesome. I just finally took delivery of my TT Gunleather Slim XC IWB. Still breaking it in but I can tell already I am going to love it.

I really want to try something like this. I have a CBST right now that is okay, but I just don't think it's for me. One of these days ill order a new holster, I just don't get to carry very often because I'm either at work or school and I'm not allowed to carry either of those places!

It's almost as difficult for us big guys to carry IWB. Whenever I do the side of my USPc feels like sandpaper on my fat side. So I hardly ever do unless wearing an undershirt. Typically I carry in a belt holster w/ my shirt pulled over.

Nice. An HK guy! Me, too. Mainly HK45c. P30 is awesome ergos and the worst for sandpaper against the skin. I can't even carry it. My internal thermostat runs hot so I die if I wear an undershirt. I'm considering pocket carrying my SK.

Anyone try the Ultimate Concealed Carry Hide-it holster?

It is a holster. It goes inside your pants behind your front pocket and clips over your belt. To draw you pull up on the clip or optional "cell phone" case. I got one at a gun show. It is not my favorite but it has its place in my lineup. It conceals the best by far but drawing is a two handed affair.

That's a nice holster, unfortunally I live in a sh!t hole called NY, and we are not allowed to carry. I hate this state so freaking much...rant over.
