Just trying to gage who is in the market for a new premium radiator for the Second Gen? I've had the Griffin, it failed after roughly 4 years and was not able to be repaired due to their manufacturing process. I've since switched to CSF and looking for something soon due to the issues that CSF was having. This led me to working with CJD racing and CBR out of Lake Elsinore.
Mike (CJD) took an old CSF to Clint Berry along with his e-fan shroud (if you wanted to add an e-fan at some point) to get an exact fit copy mocked up. Most of all the off-road guys use CBR radiators and oil coolers. Even the multi-million dollar vehicles we see on the race circuit.
CBR wants $1200 for one radiator. He said the more you do the better the price would come down.
I'd like to see who would be interested in a group buy? I will pose the same question over on TNX to see how many we can get.
Michael has said he will sell them on his website as they will be built to order. This will work for the current Frontier as well.
I've checked in to Ron Davis and they were 1500+ for one radiator.
