Pro's.. Keeps your body from moving around on the road...
Cons.. Keeps the rear end from properly flexing on the trails..


Mine is gone on my Gen 1 and I couldnt tell the difference.. I dont drive the X like its a Lambo...

Ill be removing the one on my Gen 2 this week...

I have that same set up on my X and it has done me very well on the trail, including Moab. Granted, it will be gone next week, for an upgrade, haha. I've had mine on 15-20k miles and has lasted through all the abuse I've put in its path. I removed my rear swap bar. The most obvious times you notice it gone is going around a curve on the road at a higher rate of speed. Your bum-end will most likely slip a bit (not that X's are great at cornering anyway). Nice start to your build. :)

Thank you Drbandkgb and Gorillamel with your input and kudos. I ditched the sway bar. I can't believe that 5 pound bar has such an effect. What a difference offroad! Just check out the new pic in my build. On the highway, I didn't notice much of anything. PS where do I get a XN sticker?
