Alternative title: I bought a really expensive rear bumper and it came with the whole rest of the truck.

Super clean inside and out. I basically did just buy it for the rear bumper — but only because I’m sure I can at least break even beyond that.

Tomorrow I’m going to try and generate a full list, but for now the highlights are:
Maxterra rear bumper with swing arm
Gobi ladder
Shrock front bumper
Warn Zeon 10 S winch
Radflo extended length shocks with 650# springs
M226 rear with ARB cover
Titan M205 front diff
PRG adjustable shackles
Viper remote start and alarm system
Wet Okele seat covers
Hi-lift with accessories
285-75-16 KO2s with lots of tread
Hefty powder-coated aluminum skids
Pioneer head unit

Rides great and seems to be in great shape. I kinda wish I had space to just keep it myself. More to follow tomorrow!

Wait. You bought a 2nd truck that runs and drives just so you could have the maxterra bumper?

OK moneybags. I thought you were going to say that the transmission was blown so you got it for under a grand.
Haha. I’m on verrrry thin ice with it. I only did it (and got the blessing from the wife) because we’re very confident we can break even at least, if not make some cash in the deal. And had enough commitments from local folks for enough of the parts to get me to that point.

Oh damn. I’d buy most of that stuff if my wife would let me get away with it. Can maybe get away with the gobi - depending on the price.

Definitely interested in that 205 if you have the details on it. Also have my eye on some other items on the list. Just sold one of my vehicles for cash, looking to do a titan swap pretty soon and add some accessories if I can.

I unfortunately don’t have much info, but I’m sure the previous owner will tell me answers to any specific questions you have.

I will say I’m debating swapping mine out if it’d be worth the hassle (currently 3.13), and if I don’t I’m also considering trying to sell the whole thing (minus stuff I’ve already taken off) instead of parting out fully. But no real preference yet.

What price do you have on the Warn winch? I'd be interested in the seat covers as well if they are the right color, any pics?

@TheCrabby1 and @Pro-4K have both asked about that too, but I have no idea on price yet. A Craigslist and Marketplace search only turned up one result for a bigger version. I have zero offers on the table.

I’m in the middle so squashing one of the HF 1200 lb Apex Badlands under my plastic facia almost as I type to do a “ stealth” install. Got to darn hot & called it a day, came in, took a shower and then saw this before cutting the facia. LOL, the 12k appears it’s not going to be as “stealth” as I’m in the middle of trying to downsize it / making and relocating control box and rewiring the remote. Haven’t cut much of the facia yet. Anyway, allot about nothing. I’m concerned about weight, but yes, interested in the bumper and possibly the radflos. Do you know the lift & age on the Radflows, & are they sprung for the additional weight? Would the Rads work with stock UCA’s?
It just rained & I just took these pics. (I hope they so up as I’m bad with forum / tech stuff ) And yes, I’m working in my driveway, my better half has run me out of what was my shop.

3.13? So then you would have to swap the rear also. If that one has a 205 front then it definitely has the 226 rear. You could take the rear off of that one and put it in yours. If you change your mind let me know, send me a PM and we'll discuss it further.

The springs are 650# and adjustable height. I don’t know the height range but I’d guess the truck itself is sitting about 4” over stock at the moment. Part of that is the 33” tire too. The Radflos have about 7500 miles he said. They’re fairly new. Not sure about compatibility with stock UCA but it has SPC UCAs too and it’s an easy enough thing to also swap.

Where are you located? I’m in northern VA.

Yeah, M226 with an ARB cover. The e-locker harness is new in a bag and not hooked up. I’m really at about 50/50 whether I want to do it but I’ll have to decide here in a day or two and will definitely let you know.

I’m in Florence, northern SC. About a 7 hour drive for me to get to Annapolis for the yearly INT Boat Show. I was the engineer over Customer Service for Beneteau USA for 15 years.
Edit: I’m on 285/75-33’s also.

I'm not sure why this is even a question. You're running the C200 open and the R180 and 3.13's. Not sure what the previous owner installed in the M205, but anything is better than what you have.

And the best part is the guy is local and wants to come wheeling with us so we add another X to the crew.

That suck's I sent an offer at 8am for the winch !

Badland's 12,000lb's Apex it is ...........

Sorry man! I decided to take the easy route. In the end I got wet okele seat covers, shorty headrests, a weathertech sun visor, and a Maxterra bumper for about $500 + two days of driveway space.

Sounds like you did good, and without much effort & the hassle of the “buzzards” flocking over you at every turn.
Yeah, I probably could have done the axle/diff swap and still sold it for the same price or more down the road, but it would've taken weeks or more (we have a townhouse so the driveway/parking situation would have been a pain). It's a ton of labor and since I'm not doing any hardcore offroading it wasn't "needed," and I'd always be a little wary of the condition of the stuff -- especially since the previous owner did have some issues with the front diff at some point in the past. And then I'd have to deal with tire-kickers and people sending me stupid offers and wasting my time (especially the "I don't offroad so that bumper doesn't add value for me" crowd) just to try to get a decent sales price. And like I said a couple replies up, this way we also have somebody else going offroad with us, and thus we still have use of the winch if we need it!
