Hey sorry to keep asking these questions. But are you sure the rims are 15x8? Cause the tires you got are for rims 8.5"-11".

Stock wheels are 15x7. But the 33x12.50s work. They actually ride a little thinner which is good.

Nothing like a brand new CIA, TRA, inners and outters, and Idler arm. This was overdue by like maybe 3 years.

Well I was happy to get 140k out of the stock setup.

Met with my donor axle today, I told it I have a nice new home for it where it will be loved.

But really met the guy thats selling me my dana 44 and wanted to make sure it was in good shape. And wow. No rust on a 88 waggy from the northeast. Guy got it as a lot deal. not bad 250 hub to hub with springs (if we can save them)

Its always great when you can shake hands with someone who knows trucks and wheeling (even if it is a jeep guy) and have a deal that when ever he gets around to removing it its mine to take

I THINK I FINALLY GOT THE OVERHEATING PROBLEM FIGURE OUT...

WHEN IN DOUBT CHANGE THE DARN FAN CLUTCH

Planned on doing the TSTAT this past weekend to prep for ECXC, trying to regain some trust in the rig after her letting me down a few times.

Had to run out to get Colant and while I was at autozone I figured, Screw it lets change the fan clutch while we were in the part of the engine.

Turns out it was never the Tstat (at least I think) I put the whole truck back together and now I actually hear the fan at the High RPS 4k+

Who knew that would effect you at highway speeds, well We will see. drove her around all weekend for 100 miles just local. Temp reached 200 only once and it was 80+ish

Havent gotten there yet, I got to figure out the volant to snorkel adapter. I have some fittings in mind that might work.

Ya might be able to get away with using some no-hub ya got lying around from work.

Mine was pieced together from some Honda Accord scrap. I doubt I could reproduce it…
