Need to get some sun visors on my side windows, so I can leave the windows cracked a couple of inches to let heat out when parked. What do you guys recommend?
- Outside mounted (stick on), or inside the window channel?
- best brand(s) and value?
- Does yours make a lot of wind noise at speed?

I love my WeatherTechs. They're inside the channel and make the same noise as your window being cracked.. Solid and easily removable with windows rolled halfway down.

I have both, AVS stick on installed on the '06, and Weathertech in channel on the '09. There are pros and cons to both in my experience.

The Weathertechs were included when I bought the '09 and one thing I didn't like about them was they seem more visually intrusive to me. Front windows are tinted and I'm fairly tall so that's two factors that might not apply to you. The doubling up of the tint was just too much and I found myself ducking down to see under them. So I removed them.

For the purpose you mentioned, I actually prefer the stick on ones. While the Weathertechs look nicer and can be removed and reinstalled easily, the AVS ones IMO do a better job of letting you crack the windows for ventilation without getting any rain in.

I've got the stick-ons on the 15, came with the truck, I like them. I find it is fairly quiet on the highway if you crack the windows, but still lets air come in to cool the vehicle off. Also lets me crack the windows on hot days when parked, and I've not had to worry about rain getting in. And you can't really tell the rear windows are slightly open without getting super-close to the vehicle.
