The general public or the passengers will never know if the pilot is packing or not. Its a security thing we do not let you guys know.

Yeah we have said some stuff on those the people believe it or not don't listen to them. Thats why I do not do announcements from the flight deck, I do them from standing in front of the pax with the flight attendant pa. When they see the guy making them they tend to listen and no issues on the flight.

People still try to smoke on an airplane lol. If I were to design the plane I would get rid of the bathroom up front, you would be surprised how many times they try to open the flight deck door instead of the bathroom. The flight deck door even has a big sign on it, as does the bathroom. General public in an airport is completely...um I'll let you fill in the word.

Way cool! My cousin flies the B-1B Lancer. He used to fly a huge plane that flew over the US to monitor... well, the US and any threats to it. Wish I could remember the name of the plane.
