Back end thunk

I hear a definite "thunk" from back end with passenger in the back going over a speed bump, etc. Back end has a bit of a sag anyhow after adding 1.5" spacers up front.
Would like to replace the factory leafs anyhow and am looking into the OME medium load leaf spring kit. Used primarily as a fishing machine so not looking to build an off road machine. Anything else I should be replacing on the suspension while I have it in the shop? 2007 X, 4WD, 70k

OME is great, maybe add Timbrens as well. I’ve been pleased with mine.

Replace the bushings (probably come on the new leaf springs anyway). Could also be a loose bolt for the shock. Get back there and start wiggling stuff.
