Based on feedback from participants, switching to a Flagpole Knob run from Switzer Lake. Meeting point is the Sheetz at 798 E Market St, Harrisonburg, VA 22801 at 1:15pm. Leaving there at 1:30pm to air down at Switzer Lake before heading up.

I'm planning on pausing at the top to eat some food (packing sandwiches most likely), probably splashing around in the mud a little bit, then headed out via the highway.

Optionally, doing a night run at Peter's Mill Run on the way back home. I obviously can't put a timestamp on that, but if you're interested in doing just that part, we can always text upon leaving Harrisonburg that will give you 30-40 minute notice.

Kyle asked me earlier. I’m not sure yet because wifey wants to go do a lunch thing.
The map thing on the phone say's 2:18 - 2:30 time wise to get there for me . If Kyle want's , give him my Cell# and we can figure something out for the ride down . So lunch before u go then dinner heading back to PMR ??

Leaving here at 10:45 would put me there at 1:15 with no hiccup's on the way. It seem's early if we r gonna run PMR in the dark or r we running Sweitzer both way's ?

Last time we met up 2.5 hours earlier; and it was dark by the time we got back to 81. I’m gonna bring some sandwiches or something just in case. Otherwise we can grab something between the two.

Great time yesterday! Thanks everyone for coming out.

@TerryD thanks for meeting us at the top and imparting your wisdom. Always learn something and get a little more confident with the obstacles.

@Pro-4K @TheCrabby1 and I did PMR on the way back and running the two back to back it really highlighted how much easier the Switzer Lake run is, how damaged PMR has gotten, or both. We had a couple hard smacks last night. I'm going to get one of those pressure washer undercarriage attachments today, pound my license plate back to flat, and get everything all cleaned up again.

That video brings to light how little my Alcans flex when I'm not loaded down. I might need to drop a 100lb of capacity or so eventually.

That's interesting. You're at +550lbs? In the last year I put on +600 lbs alcans. Good thing for me I guess is I almost always wheel on camping trips loaded down.

My build thread was wrong. They're 2" 450lb. Because I run lighter than that normally they ride higher.

Also, since I'm still running OE shackles and Timbrens that limits travel some too.
