Anyone know where to get rear brake hard line nuts?

After a rear line geysered on my, I'm replacing all my brake lines, hard and soft. It seems that all the lines take the same size fittings, except for the two fittings that go into each rear drum/cylinder. These seem to have a few extra threads and the hex part where you crank to get it out, seems to be twice as long.

Searched many places, but can't seem to locate and the old ones I fear are useless.

Any ideas on where to get these unobtanium gems?

'02 X, 6, non-SC, 4WD, auto, rear drums.
