Ok, so Saturday I replaced my compressor, vacuumed out the system, and charged the low side to just over 40. The air blew cool enough for me and all was fine. I checked the pressure on Sunday, and after the engine warmed up it was still where I charged it. It sat for a couple days since I'm working from home, but I ran an errand at lunch and I was curious about the pressure. When I checked it, the low side was showing 65-70. WTH??!?!?! And since I had the hood up, I could hear it cycle off, and after a few seconds there was a squirting sounding noise, and it would kick back on.
Any ideas what would cause this?
