So I have a 2003 XE with the 2.4 manual transmission. I have a ABS light and I have been to 2 shops and neither could use a scan tool and communicate with the ABS system to find the fault. The fuse is good and there is power. So my guess is the module is "mammeries aloft". I am guessing the only module, computer is the one under the hood on the driver side bolted to the ABS pump is this correct? Also if that is the case, can the module be removed from the pump assembly without losing fluid in the pump assembly?
As I am hoping if that can be done you can by plenty of used modules complete with pump assembly for not much. But hoping to be able to just swap the module for as cheap as it is.
TIA
