40" LED bar mounts

So I bought a 40" LED bar and I'm looking on mounting it to the factory rood rack.
I have seen many do this on here and TNX.

Im looking for the longer screws.. I need a thread pattern and or place to order them on line.. I just haven't had time to search local and I need to wrap the project up before WENT2014..



Help or ideas?

With a standard 40" bar from totron you can flip the mounts inward and they line up to the existing roof rack. The bolt size as mentioned above is correct and you will want to go with a 35mm length minimum.

Thats what I was looking for... I know you can use the bar.. I just needed the new bolt size

That's what I did. I didn't see a need to buy a mount when it mounts directly into the existing roof mounts. I just brought one of the screws with me to Lowe's and got some new ones. Can't wait to see it!

Yes the roof rack bolts are M6x1 as well. not sure the same length would work though. You could email xoskel and ask them what length they recommend. When I bought the xoskel from someone it came with bolts that had different head sizes.

Might have a hard time with xoskel at the moment. Lots of crap going down with that. There is a buyer beware thread over on TNX. That's putting it lightly.

Just got off of the phone with Xoskel. He says go to Ace Hardware get Stainless Steel Button Head M6x1.0 x 30mm bolts and then get neoprene backed washers to seal it. Very cordial guy and only took one phone call.
