2013 Pro 4x Question

Hello All,

Doe the 2013 Pro 4X come with a Transmission skid plate? It has everything else covered but my Transmission pan is exposed. I am wondering when I had my fluid changed a while back if they did not put it back. Thanks for you help.

Thanks Prime. How are the other skid plates? Meaning are the ok or need to be upgraded? I know this question comes with many variables.

Fully depends on what you are planning to do. I know people that run intermediate trails with factory skids, though I wouldn't recommend it.

ETA: I'm taking east coast wheeling with jagged pointy rocks and whatnot. I see you're in AZ. Don't know what that entails.

Seems like nothing but jagged pointy rocks. I guess I should upgrade them.

On another note, this past weekend I was very happy that I had the rear diff lock. I found myself twice with one of the rear tires off the ground and had to engage it to back up out of that position. I picked the wrong line obviously. This is a strong vehicle off road even mostly stock!

The entire underside of my truck is covered in 3/16 steel. And if you could see how beat up it is, then skids become a no-brainer.
