2005 S Light Bar

My son has an X that he wants to mount fog lights on the roof. Looking for a bar that fits around the front of the deflector similar to the Xoskel low profile bar in the picture.

I have tried to buy this one but they do not respond to emails or phone calls. Does anyone know where I can get something similar to this?
