I like to use a GL-4 only oil. No mixed GL4/5 since the manual calls for GL4 and I think there is brass in the T case and GL5 will eat it. I have used redline GL4 full synthetic and Sta-lube non synthetic. Redline makes for a much better shift I want to switch back before next winter. Expensive though.

I have a 5 speed manual in the X.
