02 No crank, no DLC communication, no security light

Sorry if this is in wrong section and for the wall of text, any help would be appreciated!

I have an 02 supercharged xterra. Was someone woods toy, doors were off, no roof. Wiring was cut at doors. Still started and ran fine. 60k miles. I pulled the cab and put a 1964 Datsun 320 cab on it. After reconnecting the wiring harness just to mock it up and do a test start I noticed I had no blinking security light. I can hear relays click. Fuel pump is running. Will not crank. Started checking my anti theft system and it was all installed correctly. I read I may need to reset the anti theft by turning the key in the driver door a couple times. Obviously not possible with this set up. Secondly I never had to do this previously when it had the Xterra cab on the frame. I decided to check codes, sure enough I have no communication from the DLC. It will power up all my scan tools. However, no communication. Replugged the ECU. Then tried two other ECU's I had laying around. Both were identical ECU's out of other supercharged Xterra's. I have been messing with Xterra's/Frontier's for years and have never had an issue with DLC communication so I'm at a loss. Ignoring DLC communication and no security light I would have assumed either the neutral/park safety switch or the park position switch. I tried another shifter to rule out the park position switch. I'm at a loss. I have the whole harness plugged in everywhere besides the doors since I do not have the doors and they were never needed to start previously. I have all grounds connected and tested each ground with power probe. Starter gets 12v when key is in position so fusible link is good. Cluster comes on and looks to be responding, shows CEL and ABS light. ABS is unplugged so makes sense. I pulled and tested all fuses with the power probe. I even disconnected anti theft system and relay and no change. I can't decide if this is a traditional no crank issue or if the missing security light and no DLC communication is the culprit. What am I overlooking here? Thanks!

Can‘t help one bit with your question, but putting a Datsun cab on an Xterra is pretty cool! Kind of brings the Nissan back to it’s Datsun roots. Hopefully someone with more expertise will weigh in…

Thanks! Has been one of my dream builds for a few years and I'm glad to finally be able to make it happen.

Update I am going to focus on DLC communication issue over the no crank and no security light issues. Wanted to check if I had power going to ECU but could not find ECU pin out. However I found a DLC pin out.
Pin 4 and 5 are grounds. 4 being chassis and 5 being signal. 7 is k line. 8 is ignition. 9 is abs. 12 and 13 I have no idea what those are. I’m getting 0v on 12. 13 I’m getting 9v. 16 is battery.

4,5,8,9,16 I have tested and found to be within parameters. I have ground where I need and 12v where I need.

My k line voltage is at 3.6-5.2v depending which meter I use to test it.(Power probe shows 3.6v, multimeter shows 5.2V) Not sure if 12 and 13 are within parameters.

I pulled every fuse again and swapped some around. No change. Pulled the ECU out of vehicle completely and fuel pump no longer responds to ignition switch. So ECU is turning fuel pump on. However it's not connecting to scan tool. From what I read about K-lines I need 12v. So that maybe the issue. With that being said other posts indicated anything over 2v is correct for the K-line since it's a data line it can change. Buddy of mine who can decipher the schematics better than I confirmed the FSM shows pin 7 should have 6-10v. I'll have to trace pin 7 down in the harness and see if I can find a break or something.

This flip down connector was the issue, reconnected it and every other plug three times. Fourth time my brother tried reconnecting them all. Noticed this one clicked in much better than ever before. Everything works great now.
