Valve cover gaskets changed, new plugs, new coolant lines behind intake manifold(curse them). This weekend im on to AC work, new compressor, lines, condenser, drier, expansion valve. Wish me luck!

is the factory roof rack made of steel or aluminum? Hoping it is steel but I have a feeling it is aluminum.

Anyone ever install Euro spec headlights? E Code headlights put DOT spec to shame, huge difference. seems way easier than retrofitting projectors. shipping from Germany is killer though. Euro spec have glass lenses and H4 bulbs. search “navara d22 H4” in ebay and you will find a few sellers

Replacing the torsion bars this weekend, AC shipped me 4 dust boots, where do they go? I can only see 2 on the vehicle now.

Originally planned on simply welding in the lower rad support (ordered the OEM part), when I pulled it all apart I realized the rust was more severe than I had thought. Bought a new rad support and welder and taught my self to weld. The mounts were tricky, ended up using 4” square thin wall...

Started to tackle the rusty rad support, upon removal I realize the cab mounts are rusted, wouldn't make send to do all the work on the support and leave the rusty mounts. No way I will find these rust free in Canada, wondering if any members south of the border can point me in the right...

I need a new filler neck. My usual source (Rockauto) doesnt have the single vented unit anymore, they only have the 2 vented unit that came on later 1st gens. I ahve scoured the internet, can't find anyone selling this part. Any help appreciated.

The headlights, turn signals and hood seem to be the same (based on Courtesy Parts part #'s). I cant tell the difference, the 2 vehicles look exactly the same. Any advice appreciated.
