Anyone upgrade their bushings on the rear suspension (leafs and shackle bushings)? Tried to find the right Nolathane kit and even after confirming via phone with their support department I ended up with a kit that doesn't fit! Looks like they gave me a Nissan Hardbody kit which has M18 bolts...

Also, I tried to look through the Nissan parts diagrams but can't even find a diagram that shows this sensor, any ideas?

That makes sense. I'm assuming trying to track down a Nissan OE o-ring oil seal would be next to impossible, probably not something that's even sold individually but rather comes with the entire sensor itself... Any advice on where to get o-rings? I'm assuming you need specific...

Noticed some ATF fluid around my transmission oil pan; upon closer inspection looks like a bit of oil is seeping from this white plastic part, it also has a bit of movement (in/out wiggle) to it. I'm guessing this is held in by some sort of o-ring or gasket? What is it? Any quick fix to it...

Total Chaos is a California company, I have a hunch they've never seen snow nor road salt... their steering is burly, but road salt up in the PNW does seem to eat the bearings and bushings pretty quick... at least that what I think it is. Seems to only last a year or two. Just recently rebuilt...

Trying to remove the rear o2 sensors, both the driver and passenger side. There is SO LITTLE room in there, I'm a bit stumped on how to get at them... Truck is 2004 4wd supercharged X btw. Anyone have any success with this? I know there are various o2 sockets, some with offset on the square...

Alright, update on this little saga of mine. Figured this might be useful for those who have the Total Chaos King Kong Steering system and also have a worn idler mounting pin... Looks like those TC teflon sleeves (i.e. bushings) are 1" ID... so odd considering they are sliding onto a Nissan...

@Prime yeah, I've definitely read that! I'm just a bit worried b/c the truck does see a lot of on highway time on road trips, etc - we live in the mountains, so lots of windy mountain roads. I got rid of the rear sway bar, but worried about loosing the front in case of emergency handling...

You can just hook an extra clear hose to the power steering return line, turn the wheel side to side and watch the old fluid pour out into your drain bucket. Update: seems like it was just a matter of high engine revs and the transmission engaging. When it's cold the engine will rev way above 800 at idler, more like 1400-1500, which makes for a rougher engagement when putting it into gear. As soon as the truck warms up, it goes away. I dropped the...
