This is more of place holder for now, im working on this right now.
Before you start you will need a 22mm socket and some 19mm and i believe 17mm, and brute strength/or a bottle jack thats what i used.
I learned as a I went here. so everything here is more of a guide, use your best judgement here always use safety devices.
Also if the photos go missing please pm me an i will do my best to get them back up

1. Drop spare. this will give you more working space.
2. Break wheel nuts.
3. Wheel chock the front wheels.
4. Jack up rear end.
5. Place on jack stands, on frame and on axle

6. Once everything is on jack stands remove the jack so you some space to work.
7. Unbolt shackles, you can do either all of them or just the ones connected to the leafs this is up to you and how strong you are/feel. Do both of them now it will be easier, as you move along.

8. Unbolt U bolts from holding the axle from the leafs or the other leaf bolt. do both sides and your axle will sit on the jack stands,

9. Now unbolt this massive 22mm nut, it is held in place with a 19mm bolt on the other end. This thing is very very strong, To break it free i had to use a bottle jack and breaker bar. Sliders came in handy here to prop the 19mm wrench against and i broke this nut loose.

10. Now the leafs should be free from the frame remove them and get your new ones in place.

11. There is a plus one side of the leaf that goes in front, or the shackle looking piece closest to the front of the leaf. Yes i tried to use Air tools as much as i could here but due to the lack of space they were only slightly useful.
12. make sure to put the put some anti seize on the bolts you're putting in, and place the sleeves in the bushings, the bushings match each hole.
13. Now hang the leafs back up, bolt them up to the frame and shackle. Wait on the U bolts

14. Now you will need a buddy, and I reccomend installing the shims i havent had any vibrations with them in.

No pictures for this next step it was a bear.
15. Place the Ubolts on the axle, place the shims on the leafs, now jack up the axle, and remove the jack stands, position the perches over the leaf center pins, and lower the axle to the leafs. Now if you can thread the Ubolt with the baseplate in place just so its there. Now compress each leaf at the same time, you'll need 2 jacks, this is where a buddy comes in handy. with the leafs compressed the axle should drop in place and sit flush, now you can tighten the Ubolts down. completely. jack it back up, place the tires on and take the jack stands out. and lower.
that should do it!

If i missed anything or you have any short cuts or better ways of doing this please let me know.
Cheers!

Good write up and pics! Just a small tip: If you bolt the axle (hand tightened; torque after the whole assembly is bolted up) to the springs before attaching the rear ends of the springs to the swing shackles, it's a lot easier. That way you can still use a single jack. It's still a two person job though.
