He sure went to crap, seen a recent photo of him.. life was hard on him. Was to be in the New topGun movie too..

Tombstone is good.. " 4 shots from a .44 cal No more No less"
He has been fighting cancer for years and it just recently went public. It is so bad they removed a good bit of his vocal cords. Watch the latest documentary by his kid.

He hasn't been public and any photos in the past years of him looking like shiat is because of this. Watch it. It's good.

Anyone in here interested in my large XN hoody before I post it in the classifieds? Worn once. Should have gotten an XL. Im 6’2, 218ish. Fits more snug than I would like. $35 including me stuffing it in a large envelope and mailing it to you. F94E8E19-A411-4AED-9953-D86797CFF882.jpeg

You keep saying that as if you can go to DMV and say “I’d like ffxcores’ license plate number and address, please.” But you can’t. I’m not sure what you’re trying to say.
There are forms you can fill out at th DMV to get the registered address of a vehicle based on the license plate. Yes. How do you think towing companies send bills to people? I've had to do it.

Maybe I’m misunderstanding your original thing. I thought you were saying it as if covering the plate # was pointless because it was public record. But now seems like you’re just agreeing with doing it because it’s public record.

My point is that it's pointless to cover your plates because anyone who sees you on the road can write it down and find out who you are. And the people who live in your area are a greater threat than we are. So it's a waste of time.

I do it because of data brokers scraping the info. It’s not because of physical people (though there is that too, because on here I’m showing off things of value not otherwise visible to people I pass on the road.) Any text in a photo is scraped and indexed along with it, and it’s then used to make connections between disparate data sources also collected by the same companies.

It also allows people to connect real world you to online you, again something you may not want for reasons like build threads of stuff to steal, what tools are in my garage, and like in my case next Saturday, when I’m going to be not only away from my garage and house, but that I won’t even have cell coverage to catch notifications from a camera.

Next time you see a built up vehicle, search their license plate in an image search and if they post pics of it with their license plate unobstructed you’ll find the forums they visit almost instantly.

For example, do one for Primezx license plate and a picture of you is the first image result. Change it to Primezx Xterra and other versions and there is your truck sitting outside your (former) house and that brings you to everything else.

So again, it’s not just about hiding my address, it’s about preventing an instantaneous and mostly permanent connection between multiple facets of my life that enables not only people but companies and data brokers to remove what tiny shred of online privacy we have left. It takes about two seconds of coloring it in on the phone and is absolutely worth the time if you understand how the data can be used.

To test that.. Next time your driving.. Check your Rear mirror.. Someone will be following yea! ;-)

Keeping low key, less digital footprint is good. Tracking apps on your cell phone off. Flakebook Deleted. etc.

Data mining of humans is real and They are watching & Learning. So many Camera's connected to the Internet.. Trail cams, with Cell phone Antenna's.
It's our mission to make them earn it!!!.. ;-)

Car market is ridiculous right now. Wanted to pick up something cheap (reasonable) for a commuter/road tripper/awd/get-the-wife-off-the-back type thing. Since used cars are getting priced the same as new cars I went and test drove a new manual Subaru Crosstrek. Wasn’t my favorite to drive but I figured I could get used to it. When I asked about pricing found out they have a ‘market adjustment’ of like 30%. So they can ufck that sky high. Found one other manual nearby, but that dealer is also price gouging, so no thank you.

I thought about selling our Saturn because I could get a crapload more for it right now than the stealership wanted to give me for trade a couple years ago. Then I thought to myself, “my kids are fast approaching driving age, and I’ll just have to get another car anyway.” So I figure it’ll be cheaper just to hold on to what I got and do a few repairs to make it safe for the kids when they are ready.
