I can pull over 20 pounds of force in the orientation of the tabs and it still doesn’t even feel like it’s going to budge.

Question for those running a Hardcore front bumper .......

How big of a winch were you able to stuff under there ?
Did you have to relocate the top hat ?
And for anyone running an aftermarket front bumper ..........
When you trimmed up the wheel well liner did you cut it longer to stuff into the back of the bumper or did you attach it somehow against it or maybe both or something altogether different ???

Thank's I appreciate any info............Crabby Eddie..

That’s a good idea if there’s room to do it. The one I had last weekend didn’t look great from the side and up close. Hacked up pretty brutally.

Last night I went through the painful process of taking off my ladder and moving it about 1.5” to the right so it is centered on the hamburger and now looks right with the bumper. Worth it.

Also, measured and my ride height dropped about a half inch in the rear with the tire carrier and spare. That’s perfect because now I should be able to get in the garage with the RTT.

I bought my 2007 Xterra SE back in 2015 and I did a 2" radflo 2.0 coilover and bilstein 5100 rear lift (w/ OME leafpacks) but eventually I titanswapped her and put a shrockworks front bumper and a winch on her, then a maxgear rear bumper w/ a tire carrier and jerrycan carrier and then I titan-swapped it with an M205 front diff and an M226e rear axle. The OME leafpack wasn't enough so I upgraded to an alcan leafpack (I told them 3" of lift and they gave me 7" of lift so beware), and 2.5 remote reservoir coilovers and shocks all around.

I've got a dual air compressor setup (400C viair and a 2.0 gallon tank) and a cheap chinese lightbar that was gifted to me. That's probably about it besides a bunch of recovery gear.

Lift amount is based on built in lift and capacity. If you got 3" packs with 1000lb over stock capacity but are only 300lb over weight then you'll be higher.

Yesterday:
- Installed Morimoto LED reverse bulbs
- New extended press studs and a 1/4” top plate spacer
- Yet another set of hatch struts
- Changed the angles and slightly increased length of the sway bar end links (no more clunk!) and lubed them up really well

Had some amazon gift cards and decided to order a set of timbrens for the rear. I previously bought some cheap poly bump stops but since the spacing isn’t just right they’ve been sitting in a bin in the garage waiting for me to drill the holes out. Timbrens I’ll actually install pretty quick once they arrive.

Yesterday:
- new dash tweeters (infinity reference)
- fixed passenger side bumper corner. It was farther in and pinching the wire harness, so I used two bolts, a fender washer, and a coupling nut to act as an expander. Nylon bolt cap to protect the bumper paint

Today: switched out my Amazon special grille light for a Diode Dynamics 18” combo. Had to cut the three supports, so I used aluminum square tube above the plastic to bridge the edges and made it even more rigid than before.

Well, done quite a bit in the last week or so, I'm exhausted and upset about a couple things.

In the last week n a half I've
- replaced the factory leaf packs that had snapped with OME 1" lift HD leaves (luv 'em)20210704_130317.jpg
-R&R front/rear rotors/pads w/ Raybestos EHTs (luv 'em)
-Had Car Toys put the latest Drone alarm in it that tracks real time location, remote start, lift, glass breakage, bump/shock sensor (set on dumbass door ding mode)
-tint job all around to just lighter than darkest legal. I still want to see out of the truck at night..
- Googled how and got my receiver hitch lock busted off.

After all that in the rear my tape says from the ground to the bottom of the rear fender is 38" on driver and 39" pass...

Got new u bolts for the flip kit when I put the new spring packs on. They're much shorter than the ones that came with the kit. About 2500 miles and the others had corroded so bad we cut em off.

And got the doubled up Pro4x Skids on that I got from @kryter , thx again man!

And then I'm finally well enough to do some of my own work to my truck and I find this.. Some more shiatty ufckin work by a guy I trusted while I was going thru chemo. I put the world on notice. If you take advantage of me from this point, you will have fair and immediate dealings with no matter the price to my well being or consequences. Another quicky over...

You're looking at my rear diff breather extension that I paid someone to install for me. It was supposedly put inside my taillight, it is however tired to my frame rail about 5-6 higher than the axle and it's capped off..

I've got a bad driver window motor to install and gotta adjust my fender to get the door to open more to get the panel off and better access so I'll be out there again in the morning to figure it out.. ufckin ufck I love this truck. No really or Ida sold it already. I watched it roll past 222,222k miles on the trip from CO>TX but was hwy running fully loaded in traffic or id've got pics~

Previously I had my GMRS antenna on the hatch, but it was not grounding correctly — turning on my LED lights made loud interference and prevented me from using the radio. I’m happy to report that running a Motorola cable from the Maxterra swing arm mount I have zero interference with all the lights on. And even though it’s about a foot lower, I can still hit the Alexandria and Warrenton repeaters from Fairfax. And bonus, no more having to remove the antenna to open the hatch when my tent is up.
