Anyone else show up in here, this thread in particular, and immediately feel EXTREMELY happy we have a no politics talk rule?

The world is nuts out there. Imma close myself off in here with the whiskey machine, all these bean bag chairs and, apparently, the eSports legend.

Hell yes. I spent about 3 hours yesterday working on issues related to one of my stations playing news reports. I walked to another floor to deal with another issue and first thing I said when I got to the control room was "please tell me you're taking sports"

I was going to use those comics to level the pinball machine.

Just ordered a Zapp's tater chip pack after @TheCrabby1 turned me on to them.

They finally got it back in stock.

Got a guy coming to look at the wall tomorrow finally. Still gotta call a couple other guys. Looking forward to having this done so I can feel like I can work on other stuff. My truck still needs UCAs and the A/C fixed and the X needs a rear u-joint and t-case output seal.

Bought a Warn Ti-9.5 Hitch mount winch Straight Warn Factory. ( Knew a fellow I trained, that was a Warn engineer )

One thing about winches, he told me and it stuck. If Bumper mounted, Have kill switch. So unit is dead. Told me of Issues, People would take a Cable drape over roof attach to rear bumper. Insert a Paper clip into socket And walk off. Was not a pretty site.. Reason for Kill switch inside. Till its needed

And be safe with the winch.. They can fling cable and bust up a Human body..

Oh. I am well aware of what can happen

i picked up a Runva 11 000 lb winch with synthetic cable. I ran a form of kill switch on the one in the X just looking for something a little different for the Silverado

Sissies.
I did a bumper swap in the snow, in January, in a campground parking lot.

That's what construction/shop heaters are for. I have one in the garage and have wrenched and done things when outside it is in the 20s. Inside it is in the mid to upper 60s.
I wish. I dont have a shop at home, so i have to rent one. Its cheap ($325 a month for a 40x40) but its cavernous and difficult to heat. Its basically two boat storages, that lived briefly as an RV repair shop, and now houses my junk.
