Evening....

Morning....

Didn't have time to look at Odo yesterday after work , will dive in after rain stop's and dry's up today20201020_074253.jpg 20201020_074617.jpg . Little FROGGY yesterday, not the easiest way to run your trap row's . 2nd pic is my 91 year old uncle who still get's up and leave's the pier 5-5:30am everyday during crab season . He only run's 40-45 trap's a day but dose it by himself, and has a mind sharp as a tack. I hope I'm like him at 71:eek: Sorry for the pic quality:( He's the blur in the middle .

Well I checked the battery terminal's and while they were both snug on their post's I could move them with a little force. I was able to get the positive to tighten down more before it was maxed but the negative couldn't be tightened any more so I put a small screw between the side's to take up space until I get a new terminal . I also checked the under the hood fuse/relay/terminal box [ whatever u call it ] I put a finger on each one and wiggled it while lightly pushing down to see if any were loose and on the 3rd one it pushed down and clicked ! Did either one help with the problem:cool: I sure like to think so, we'll see what time hold's , besides the new terminal's Odo will soon receive:D Thank's All !

For all who replied see GHUG for a shot of Screwball , he still has the key to the liquor cabinet.....

Have you checked out crossbreed?

I have crossbreed IWB holsters for my 40, .38, and 380
I got on crossbreed website and accidentally click one of the the glock holsters. I forgot about holsters and just about everything else for about a half hour. I dont know what these girls faces looked like but I want to meat them.

OK, so a bit of an update...

I posted that I got laid off. It's now been a week, and I've decided I'm starting a youtube channel. I figure I might as well use my video production skills to create content that I think people will want to watch.

There's a ton of YouTube channels out the with respect to offroad camping or "overlanding", but most of them drive 70k plus rigs, and let's be honest, most people can't afford that.

Mine will focus on what you can do with a lightly nodded vehicle, lots of diy stuff, and quality, but inexpensive gear.

Obviously, my xterra will be front and center in this channel, so my question to you guys would be, is this something you'd be interested in, and what kinds of content would you like to see?

I was going to suggest videos of you getting hit in the nuts with random objects but yeah I might watch some.

Sent you a loooong PM. ;)
Short answer is YES!!!
Many channels focus on trips or trails, and show $$$ setups of equipment and rigs, but there are a lot of people that are weekenders, that don't camp but want to run trails and just get out. They need to know that it doesn't take a boatload of money to have an enjoyable time.

BTW.... there are far more of us shoestring budget people on the trails than those with the $70K rigs.

Haha! I did that as a teenager. Only it was a kenworth side dumping dump truck followed being revived via cpr, airlifted to the hospital, and spending 5 days in the ICU. Hard pass there. Lol

I read your pm. You made some good points. I'm definitely intending this channel to be for normal people. I'm planning on having a mix of daytrips, build outs, diy mods, weekender trips, and a few multi-day trips. Some will be just me, some will have the family, and maybe, I'll take my daughter out by myself for a weekend.

The primary focus will be very budget minded though. No rigid lights, sas builds, or any of that stuff.

The first major diy project will likely be additional lighting, followed by a drawer system. After each mod, I'll do a trip to test it out.

I'm still planning it out though. I just decided to do it today. I realized all the channels I watch all have top end gear, and either drive heeps or yotas, which have more options. I realize most of the diy stuff will end up being X specific, so the trick is to try and make it as geric as possible, so it will apply to other vehicles as well.

That's all for now. I need to go to bed. Lol.

Fishing is slow but at least I get to spend some time with my son. They just issued a severe thunderstorms watch so hopefully it picks up soon.

I miss my dog. He literally went everywhere with me. :(
It's going to be like that when we have to put luna down (It's not going to be long). She is the best behaved dog we have. Nave is just on a search and destroy mission. One day she is going to electicute herself chewing in shiat or burn down the house.
