That really sucks! I have the MFs as well, replaced them preemptively after @jsexton lost his engine to his cats at a similar milage to my 2007.Failed smog because the CARB EO for the Magnaflow cats was apparently withdrawn this May, and I didn’t have any paperwork with me to show they were installed a year before that. I guess that’s what I get for being proactive and replacing them - I just kept reading the horror stories.
Had my oil done 2 saturday's ago and had them replace the crankshaft sensor at the same time . Still need to get a code reader , then I will get the Cam sensor's to carry with me .I'm about due for an oil change, need to make that happen asap.

Have a couple other upgrade's to show and still have one more on the dining room floor to install then I'll do some pic's , that is if I get this short/lose wire thing figured out .This is still on my to-do list as well.

I'm already on the list for Offroad gorilla's full hose replacement set and everything will go in Feb/March when it's timing chain replacement time.
When I inquired about it they asked if they should put me on a contact list to be notified as soon as there in stock and I said yes indeed ! Shoot them another Email and asked to b put on the notification list for the hose replacement set.How did you order them? I sent him an email asking if they were ever coming back in stock. Then when I ordered koozies from him in the notes field I asked about the hoses. Still never heard.
If you got any kid's put there Halloween candy by the mailbox and give each one a shovel !!My L4/L5 is thrashed, I don't shovel shiat! We do have a little Toro snow blower, but the shiat has to stop coming down first.
Hey TerryD , I've been thinking about the powerstop rotor's and pad set-up like nisstec sell's but from amazon since I've added about 200lb's+ for daily driving . I was wondering did you upgrade your braking system and are you still using the stock caliper's ? thanxJust been driving the poor thing. I think I need to tear all the brakes apart and give them a good cleaning. The rears are acting funny sometimes.

I've got it sitting in a box in the rear.. Gotta get my ass in gear. My leaf packs showed up today, I need a non snowy spot to pull em apart..Ordered the Offroad Gorilla hood strut kit this morning. I had one on my dearly departed Frontier and it spoiled me.
Looks good!And what have I done for Odo [ the changeling ].......Drumroll please;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
We have some new shoe's , Falken Wildpeak MT-01 in a 255/85/16 so 33's .
You certainly can't b sportin new shoe's without new sock's , 5 new to me 18 hole spare tire rim's .
Slider's just n case the 33's don't lift it high enough [ ufck a body lift] did he really paint them white ? YUUP .... Why knot b normal View attachment 15863 View attachment 15866 View attachment 15867 Lol

These have the M+S logo . So far only road driving , I think there on the lower range for noise and since their new only time will tell. Supposed to go offroad at flagpole knob on the 8th and I'll see how they do there. I drove 5 hour's in the rain coming back from SOBX and were fine till I hit about 75-80mph [ excellent sipeing] . These run around 59lb's. I'M LIKINGSince you have them... do they have either the twin snowpeaks symbol on them, or M+S? My Cooper ST/Maxxs in 255/85 are starting to get worn, and I might be up for trying these to see how they perform in the winter, but I need one of those 2 symbols for them to be legal to drive in the mountains in the winter in BC. https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tiretech/techpage.jsp?techid=125
It would be nice if more guys made the 255/85, I like the lighter weight while keeping 33". Duratracs would be nice, but they only come in 285s
I REALLY liked the Falken AT3W's that these replaced. They are triple peak severe snow rated , I bought them in 265 to stay a stock size but I went up in size and aggressiveness with these . I went with the pizza cutter's to avoid any rub as I have 2.5 inch suspension lift and didn't want any spacer's . If mind serve's me the 285/75 AT3W's go about 69lb's ?? If I rememberThanks for the info. I couldn't find it anywhere on their site.
I was hoping for the snowflake, gives better winter performance. The Coopers (also just M+S) are great in snow and slush, but are a bit lacking on ice (which, given that it is a daily in the city, we get a lot of....). Might give them a shot, or just bite the bullet and go for Duratracs in 285. Need to do some pricing, that might help make up my mind too... Or, keep the Coopers, and buy a daily driver.... decisions, decisions

I am planning on Sunday the 8th for Flagpole knob , if your going down 66 to 81 I'll probably meet you on the side of 66. I'll give you a shout on the cell Sat the 7th mid-evening.1. Hopefully I get to see all the new stuff on Nov 8.
2. What did you do with the other tires? I thought they had a lot of tread left if I remember correctly.
