A/c Compressor Or Timing Chain

Any ideas what this noise could be?? I just bought a 2007 Xterra from a friend who is the original owner. They kept up on the fluid changes etc. When I got home I noticed a little whine/grind like a bearing around the A/C compressor. I have heard it could be the timing chain being loose since it has 224,000 mi on it.
I'm thinking the A/C is on its way out. It blows ice cold on the freeway but not at idle. Checked the condenser fan and its turning on as it should, the noise is louder in person, but here is a video of it.

Try either taking a long screwdriver and holding it against the two access covers while listening to the handle or just remove the serpentine belt and start it up for a few seconds to see if it goes away. If it's the chain you'll be able to hear the scraping sound inside when you listen. With your mileage it really could be either/both of them but the no AC at idle makes me lean towards that.

That doesn't sound like timing chains to me. That normally sounds more like supercharger whine.

Turn the AC to max AC and see if the sound changes.

the most common issues (in order-ish) on the accessory drive. Really could be anything at 224k though, and it does sound like it could be AC.
