Anyone with a Mean Green Alternator that has also disconnected their VVC device and tracked their voltage?

Frequent lurker, infrequent poster. Looking for some people with experience with a Mean Green 200amp alternator. I'm most interested in the voltage output after a swap, especially if you've disconnected the stock Variable Voltage Control device. I really need to get my voltage up over 14 for my AGMs. I can obviously test it myself, but I'd rather ask then buy. With Rugged Rocks in limbo (and questionable appropriateness), Mean Green is the next best option. Open to all experiences.

He means rugged rocks was going to shut down, then stayed open, but stopped carrying various products including the dc power alternators (which is thru a 3rd party). They did open a ‘group buy’ on the alternators (no discount but just offering them), which I thought already ended but apparently runs through tomorrow. W/out RR the alternators are still available through DC power however.

Yup, Zack got it. I will say that also there has been some discussion about whether the alternator functions appropriately with our machines. I forget the specifics now, but there was discussion on TheNewX where users were having to alter it manually.

By chance do you know what the output of your current alt is?
