Long Time Lurker First Time Poster.

Hey been lurking for awhile as I build my new moderate off road rig. It's a 2002 that came with some halfway decent tires and a blown engine (kid owned smh). Got it running last month, installed lights and winch and ordered everything for a PML, 2" body lift and hope fully soon a rear bumper carrier and some skids.

The forum has definitely helped. I posted a question yesterday that I couldn't find an answer to but haven't got any replies (kind of weird compared to the other forums I am a part of) Is it a little slower or a smaller group here or did I just ask a dumb question/ no ones interested you figure?

It's a little slower here with a smaller group. Plus some of us only know the Gen we have so we can't help.

Welcome though!

Howdy from Denver-ish.. Lots of smart folks here and lots of info all over the forums. Reply to your original post so it'll pull it to the top of the recent posts and you'll maybe catch some more info.

I know if I don't come around in a few days, posts get lost in the mix so I miss things here and there.

Hey, I love Colorado. I will give it a bump, that's a good idea.

That's not a Nissan but it's a pretty cool photo from Breckenridge, CO a couple years ago. Hopefully we will get to come out and do some trails with the Nissan at some point, from what I hear you guys have some prety cool trails.

No but it'd look really sharp behind my X!
I started 5yrs ago trying to hike as many trails in CO as I could. I figured it'd take 5yrs. I might have done .3% of what's here and now that I'm wheeling I'm finding endless trails to run of all levels so I'll probably never get to them all.

I dont know that I have the stomach to do all the trails in CO, we took a few dirt roads (in a car) hauling that camper and I dont have the stomach for the heights. Haha around the black hills you could probably do all the trails in 5 years if you were fairly serious about it, but it's a much smaller area.
