That look's gooooooooooood . But I'm baffled about something , Grade A , Organic , Maple syrup.......?? I guess they refine it like Gasoline now so you have different price point option's for people . Organic ?? Unless they started synthesizing maple syrup in a lab at DuPont or Dow don't this stuff come out of a tree

Basically grade a b and c were just telling you how dark it was. Too many people thought it was a quality or purity thing. So now everything is "grade A: [flavor]". The stuff my brother makes is usually B with awesome flavor, but it varies by time of year and which trees he decides to tap.
