I heard a "rumor" from someone that is really high up the chain in the Ohio medical system that Ohio will be announcing that they are shutting down Ohio tomorrow. I also have heard they are locking down our village tonight.
Yeah. We heard the same rumor about PA.

Then the gov just shut down all "non life supporting businesses"

So there's that.

I know one thing this shutting down of everything is probably going to cause a population explosion and a lot of divorces.

My wife is having a meltdown right now. She is frantic cleaning and freaking out about everything. I think the stress of her job is getting to her. She said the ohio health department has been calling her store all day asking if she had any supplies such as thermometers and giving them shiat if they don't have any. Her store is a pharmacy not their own personal ufcking warehouse.

I'm kind of wondering if my job gets shut down if they will open the doors again. We are slow like dead slow because the office people can't get their shiat together and do their jobs. We have jobs on the schedule but we have no material to make the parts and our sales guy is ufcking worthless. He has not gotten any new jobs in the shop in a long time. He spends most of his time in his office looking out the window over the shop floor. Most of the guys on first shift said when they see him doing that they give him the finger. It doesn't help that we have and absent owner because he is also a state representative so his time is spent elsewhere.

Shameless plug.... My work friend and fellow US Army veteran Dean Petersen published his first book. It's a murder mystery/supernatural thriller called The Burqa Cave. I cannot recommend this book enough. Not because I know the man, but because he has a natural gift and talent for the written word. It's impressive. If you have downtime or feel the need for a good story, please consider. It's also on Amazon.

There's going to be a lot of businesses that go under because of this. I'm fairly confident mine won't be one of them, but you never know. My boss is ufcking amazing with the business stuff. So I think we're squared away. When this is over though, we're going to be so ufcking busy that I won't have time to breathe. And a lot of that will be because of the vacuum of shops that will have closed down by then.

One thing is for sure, I'm damn glad I'm not running my own shop right now.

I can only imagine what @JeffPro4x is dealing with.

I'm waiting for Grand County (Utah) to close down all of the trails. I'm surprised there hasn't been a federal closure of national parks.

If it does close down I'm going to look for a different line of work.

Well for the next 30 days (for now) you can’t camp basically anywhere in Grand, Emery or Carbon counties. Which sucks.

I'd like to think they'd leave park's and camp ground's open . How much more isolated could you want people to be ? Cabin fever could help bring back the term of ''going Postal'' unfortunately. They could just unstaff the Park's for their employee's safety ; but there too greedy about LOST REVENUE . I can say that I'll be jumping in O'do X , be it just for a ride or a check on dad's house, some side work or maybe just to burn some cheap gas !! Not to mention any name's but some of us here"" DyrreT"" will have to get out and away from an Estrogen overload at home to help keep the sanity. What's going to happen to people when the liquor cabinet run's bare or the stash box :D only has paper's and 7 lighter's left in it  It won't be purdy !. If JeffPro4X would just win the lottery we could all go 10 mile's off shore give the Corona-virus the finger and just fish the day's away ; at least until the lack of Yengling/Genesse/Screwball called us back. Or we ran outta bait , which ever came first !!:)

My buddy owns a shirt shop, his shiat took a nose dive. No kid sports, so no jerseys, no team shirts, etc. That was his bread and butter, local sports jerseys and the like. I have no idea what that must be like.

I know there are zero interest loans available (soon?) for small businesses, but damn.

Zero interest loans are great and all but if the economy tanks and there's no work, there's no money to pay them back
