Working with 30yo spare parts today. Temperature switch that's been on the shelf since the 90s. First thing I had to do was completely disassemble it to fix a boot that was rubbing the case and locking it up. Silly junk...

Now to figure out how to calibrate it....

People who hate them, have never driven one. Its a freaking blast, easy to work on and currently you can get them cheap.
We drove a 08 with the paddle shifted automatic and I've wanted one ever since. Such a blast to drive and you can drive the hell outta it and aren't doing 200mph the way a Vette or Viper would.

Exactly! Ive never driven one that new, but with minor upgrades to my older one (91) its like a go kart on wheels. Ive had the white one for several years, and I bought a 99 (10th anniverary addition #4135 of 7500) a couple weeks ago. It needs TON. But its a limited edition, and I always wanted one. Fun cars!

@kirk I want a full true count right now. How many projects you working on right now? Lol

All the cool vw's, the Pontiac, the Miata.

Oof. I have a shiat load of cars. BUT. Mostly they cost less than those high end comics you buy. Hahaha

That plymouth is #1 right now. Floorpans just came in for it, etc. (crap i need to update my thread)

This new miata sits, its more of an investment. AND, Im thinking the VolksRod needs a new home. It needs sooooooo much and takes up so ufckin much space. 3792fa7a4123a104ec5ecf425c6a2a06.jpg

So like the wild hog infestation of Texas?
More people would go to Texas to hunt wild hogs if almost every land owner didn't want to charge thousands of dollars to hunt them on their land. You guys have a lot of huntable invasive species down there but most people can't afford to hunt them.

When I was in the gun library in Fort Worth Cabela's we had two good 'ole boys who would let a group of us guys come out to their properties to hunt the hogs as often as we wanted. It was a bonus as being an employee not only did we get access to purchase any of the used firearms the store purchased before being available to the public we could "check out" used firearms to test, before purchasing. Made it pretty addicting. Although it was a pain 'cause all my buddies were always on the line for the next trip so I always had to put someone off.

That's a big ufcking pig.
