Fun times at work: whole east mill is getting massive amounts of water in the air header. Been locking up valves all over the place. Getting gallons of water out of a 3/8" line with a drier on it.

Power is denying it's their issue (they are responsible for the compressors) so we're just running around blowing down 1" air drops trying to get as much out as possible so we don't get shut down when it freezes.

Not having a good day today, the wife told me that I'm not going to get any sleep tomorrow because we don't have a babysitter for the boy. Also getting another cyst the last time I had one I was off work for a month because of having surgery getting it removed. Hopefully this ufcker doesn't get any worse and the infection goes away soon and never rears itself again.

Home made bacon Mac and cheese that i made this afternoon. Mix of extra sharp cheddar, gruyere, heavy whipping cream, whole milk, shredded crispy bacon and Irish butter.

Slowly mix all that with 1/3 cup of flour till liquid. Keep stirring or it will burn.

Cook full box of cavatappi to just pre al dente. Mix sauce and noodles. Mix 1 1/2 bread crumbs with 4tbsp of butter, 1/2 cup of Parmesan, and 1/4 tsp of smoked paprika then sprinkle on top

Bake 30 minutes.

Well , I guess eating anything pickled is an acquired taste. Besides the vinegar taste, the cayenne pepper and pickling spices the Rockfish itself you dont really taste too much because it's not a really strong or oily tasting fish like a lot of ocean fish. I'd say 95% of the people that try it like it. The other 5% think Mrs Paul's is a species of square fish :)
