FYI in regards to the police station. She's a teacher and there's been complaints of child abuse for one of the students. Has to go in to answer questions about seeing bruises and all that shiat.

Down to 212lb! Been a long slow road but I'm getting there. Was 269 when I graduated High School in 2002. Would like to be under 200 steadily. I think that'd be right for my frame. Anything under 190 I'm going to look sickly I think.
