I love old cars. I just don't love old technology. If I ever build an old car it will be a complete rest-mod.

My dream build would be a 1967 Mustang fastback with the voodoo engine. If possible have a aluminum body built, I know a builder that can build the body. A modern chassis and make it a canyon carving machine. At least 750hp at wheels. I have had some discussions.

Honest question. Why? They were mechanically garbage, shiat build quality, and the interiors were festivals of plastic death.

childhood nostalgia mostly. as far as build goes i cant say i agree 100%. sure yeah, a near 30 truck is gonna start falling apart. but new back then tough ass trucks.

Uhm. It has sequential fuel injection, 4-wheel disc brakes, and a 2004 cobra Cobra IRS under the rear end. So. Yes. Old car. Modern technology.

oh nice. wasnt trying to call you out, just wondering what you all had done.

is it driveble yet or in project car purgatory?

Example. GM 5.0 v8. Anemic SBC. too much stroke for not enough bore. Couldn't get out of its own way. Why was this even an option when the same Era 350 was available? Yet they're in everything.
