I totally forgot! Got an email this am the everything in store is 50% off. If it's in store it's half off..

Was gonna grab some hood struts, hardware and whatever else fell into the cart.. I think now I'll just pass. There's drinks and grilling to be handled.

As I understand it, some stores are closing while others are going service/repair only.

Thinking about buying another pistol. But definitely need to wait until after this stupid election. ( I say stupid election because is a lesser of the evils race right now)

Yea, the one by the house is going service only. I really wanna go see what's up there. Was yours cleaned out? I really don't need anything, just bought a battery last week, that would have been nice.

How in the holy shiat did you manage that?
As soon as I see them start assuming the position to poop I say "the ufck you are" scold them give a tug on tge leash and start walking faster. I don't give them the chance to squeeze one out. I did have one collie when I was a kid that did learn to walk and poop at the same time but none of the dogs i have had after him would poop on walks. Dogs don't like to pee on themselves either and it's hard to pee and walk at the same time.

Both stores were partially cleaned out. 40% started a week ago, 50% today. All depends on what you wanted. Antifreeze was picked over, as was air & oil filters. Heavy tools were picked over too.

The managers I chatted with said that they hadn't had any shipments come in for the past 3 weeks.

Going to get a bigger welding cart tomorrow. That'll clean out two drawers in my tool box.

I'm gonna wire it up with plug ins and a big power cable so I don't need a bunch of extension cords coming out of the garage when I'm working.

Hoping to get that done this week in the evenings after work. I think I've got everything I need to manage it except the 4 pole plugs for the fed line. Should make for a nice setup around the shop.

I know that addiction all too well my friend. I'm finally able to tell myself NO. In fact, I might start thinning the herd to pay for a full TS w/ VK56.. Kinda changing hobbies again and tend to overspend..

What are you into? Obviously target shooting. Do you reload? Maybe same chambering you've already got?

My fav's are the Browning Hi-Power, H&K USPc and the VP9 all 3 in 40S&W and the CZ75B in 9mm. Then there's the revolver fetish we won't go into..

This Creepshow rehash is great. Honestly the ONLY thing it's missing is John Kassir as the Crypt Keeper. This episode is full of 4th wall breaks. Damn it this brings me back.

USPc .40 ftw. Mine has an LEM trigger. It's one of those guns that I'll never part with.

Been thinking about selling my Mossberg. And possibly my AR lower since I never bought an upper for it.

so far I have:
Ruger 10/22
just right Pistol caliber carbine in .40S&E
12G semi auto shot gun( can’t remember the make, but it’s Turkish)
And the CZ P10f pistol.
Use them mostly for target shooting/clay shooting. I’ve been thinking about getting into IPSIC or some sort of 3 gun competitions but not enough time right now with the young kids

we shoot the Browning hi-Power as our issues side arm for work. Hit a 25/29 last qualification for drawing from a holster snap shooting

I would love to be able to hunt. But unfortunately I would be the only one eating the wild game in the house. The wife refuses to even try it and the kids te a bit fussy.

Well that's a bummer about a wild game shy family cuz you guys have great hunting ops up there..

For cheap range play I really like the Walther P22 in .22LR. Super accurate little pistol that a blast to shoot and feels real nice in the hand. Of course anything in 40 is good cause you'd have more than one toy to run it through.

Another really sweet shooter in 40 is the Baby Eagle by IWI aka "Jericho 941" and they can be had relatively inexpensive.

As per the norm, had to make repairs to the trailer before we could leave after that welding cabinet. The ground wire broke right as we were hooking the wires up. But we're on the road now! Stop to get the girls some drinks for the trip, and then we'll be on our way.
