I actually just bought a plastic box (tub) and that's where I store some of the more bulky items or items I don't really use much or won't use much. Although it's not as AWESOME as yours and durable, it still does the job. Are you planning on bolting it to the bed somehow so it won't move around (not like it's going to be flying everywhere but just wondering). Thought it'd be a good thing to go with you not wanting items out in the open, if someone WAS to try and break into your truck to steal your tools, they won't go far if it's locked/bolted/tied to the bed.
