Small update. New heads should be showing up in the next couple weeks whenever they get pulled. I will be stripping them down and doing a full 100% rebuild on them brand new everything. Gonna have them machined flat and then I will do a mild port and polish on them. Make sure they flow really nice.

Also have a line on a factory supercharger and all the fixins minus a fuel rail and injectors for dirt cheap. Plan is to buy it and do a 100% teardown on everything and replace all the bearings and seals, doing a port and polish on everything, and having the blower powdercoated by MF Powder Coating/Nisstec and then do final assembly. Goal is to have the entire new setup done the end of the year. After that I will look into doing some form of standalone ECU and tuning everything

We need to be friends at Moab this year. I have tools, sure. But not like that.

I think we will be on the same trail on Friday for Steel Bender. Pretty excited to be able to play on the bigger stuff on that trail. Last time I ran it I was limping through with worn centerlink and ended up breaking a leaf center pin

I’m a guy that carries way too many tools/spare parts on the trail. I know the weight of all the crap limits my trucks capability, however I hate being stuck knowing what I need to make a trail repair is home in my tool box.

I'm very interested in how you end up choosing what to carry, how you pack it in the truck and if you take all of it with you on the trail (instead of leaving it at the trail head or campground).

Little bit more Gone Moab prep today.

Organizing my tools using some Millwauke tool bags I bought from Home Depot. Also making some 1" Bump Stop extensions to help control my coilovers from bottoming out hard.

Today has been a day of fixes and mods. Had a tire out of balance that made things rather shakey at 50mph. Figured out why. $hit thing is that Cragar no longer makes Chrome Soft 8 wheels in 6x5.5. Guess Imma have to buy beadlocks ‍♂️.

I also installed my Nisstec U-bolt Flip Kit. Its meant for a second gen however it works on my rig due to me moving my shock mounting. I also managed to crack a brake line so I had to run out with the Grom in the rain and find a line that would work. Piss poor routing job but it will work for now.

Quick winch line change. I went to a 3/8" synthetic line with a factor 55 Bridle. Not sure how I like it and may switch to a flatlink or ultrahook.

Wheeled over in the Black Hills again on sunday. Trail was called Calamity Canyon. Rated a 7/10 but wet weather the day before helped make things a little slick.

If the damn images would load I would share the awesomeness and carnage
