E6V6I6L might be new here, but having known him for 25yrs, I'm not surprised he's turned this thing around so damn fast.

I'm the guy that hooked him up with the rig after a traveler rolled it just days before shipping it to Europe. A sad sad day for them.

I'll let you know how the test ride goes when it's complete, because I've called first dibs!

Under the hood is almost 100% just waiting on the intake from Argentina. As well all the in cab wiring is almost complete. I still have to fab up a way to relocate the parking brake assembly due to the 2000 having a hand brake and 2004 left foot brake. 592E14C1-9DBD-43EE-8FE7-3E4C9A4218E5.jpegBC500DE1-71E7-4570-9C13-C842E34210DB.jpeg

what's that thing under the rig? looks like it takes away a lot of the departure angle
It’s a toolbox/storage box for all of the extra oils and fluids it does take away some rear angle but really only about 4” more than the spare tire. This really isn’t being built to be “trail rig” but more of a super long distance vehicle that will be off-road capable if need be. The trucks that I build for my brothers business are for global travel.

The angle of the picture makes it look like it’s almost touching the ground.

Hi, I'm Henrique from Brazil. I made the BL kit for this Xterra. If you need any help or information let me know.
That is awesome!! The only parts I am having an issues getting are the snorkel for the right hand intake of the Diesel engine and the intake hose from the turbo to the air filter. I can’t find this part anywhere.

Sorry the delay was working hard. Here in Brazil we got this snorkel. The person who manufactures is contacted by Whattsup, is +55 43 9957-5781, Robson. Or WWW.FIBRAMARAPUCARANA.COM.BR

The air filter hose for the turbo we also have here in Brazil, costs around $ 60. https://produto.mercadolivre.com.br...ro-ar-nissan-frontierxterra-200305-mwm-28-_JM
