    LED refits

I just installed these, in all the interior locations: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09XWHZPGR/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 With the ones I had installed before, the dome light remained dimly lit, even with the doors shut. No longer an issue.

    LED refits

I'm in the same situation since I work from home and only drive a few times per week. I keep my dome light off, but I wonder if the $6.99 specials in the other locations are drawing when they're off? Shouldn't be possible in the trunk and map lights, but you never know.

OK so that's why the dome light doesn't shut completely off when the doors are shut... It's been driving me nuts.

Engine cooling system - working too well?

Noticed this on Friday morning, when the outside temp was close to zero Fahrenheit and it was seriously windy: at highway(ish) speeds, the engine didn't reach operating temperature (gauge was just above cold) which consequently meant the heat wasn't working as well as you'd want it to. When...

    Hello from Michigan

I'm on the westside. Mine's black, so it won't be as easy to spot.

    ABS Sensor Failure?

Update, almost a year later: The issue seemed to vanish as the weather warmed up, and I promptly forgot all about it. Then as it got cold again, the issue resurfaced, along with the telltale pedal pulsation that comes from the ABS kicking on when it isn't supposed to. In the interim, I bought...

    Hello from Michigan

Greetings! Ann Arbor is a small enough town that we'll probably see one another at some point... Most likely at a gas station! :p

Front signal/running lights: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JGMCHGT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I've had these in since March, forgot to add them here but then again I can now tell you they've worked perfectly since. If you'd rather have white running lights up...

    Tensioner and belt replacement parts?

How many miles have you put on it since replacement, and how's it holding up? When I started mine up after replacing a wheel speed sensor yesterday I heard the unmistakable noise of a worn belt and tensioner, because (as we all know) when you replace a part, the others get jealous. I saw the...

    LED refits

I'm not sure it's possible to drive all night anywhere, as you'll need to stop for fuel several times. :p

Headlights: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B09WRF851C?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details I had a different set (Fahren) that had external fans/wiring/ballast boxes, but they never fit quite right with the 9007 bulb retainer rings. Also, the design of those wasn't great, as they splattered...

    TPS question

$100/tire seems a bit absurd. I mean, it's not much more actual labor than mounting the tire, so they're really gouging if that's what they want for such a job. As for the video, not only is that process labor-intensive, it's worth mentioning that tampering with the vehicle's safety equipment...

    Looking for Blue?

That's the best bet. Carfax will show the place it was most recently titled, and if it's been serviced at a facility that's partnered with them, any recent service visits. So the next step would be to contact the place it's been serviced, and ask them if they're willing to reach out to their...
