im not sure we can get nolathane in here , but anything can be exported for a price!
i have no issues with my bushings yet , but sulastic sounded too good to be true , update: i checked with a friend who got them on his Hilux and he said it did improve the ride quality but not to its price...
i think they are modified bushings with stronger rubber compound. they are expensive (around 450 USD!) but they way they are marketing it that the car drives way better , especially with pickups like Tundras Tacomas and GMCs.
in my part of the world a lot of offroad modifications company are marketing an item called Sulastic which is US made and said to highly improve the ride quality of any leafs rear suspension car including pickups , trucks and Xterras.
have anyone had any experience with those? they are a bit...
update: i went for a scan and it showed two errors with Transmission
P1774 LC brake solenoid
P1731 1st gear engine braking.
the guy did a reset and everything looks fine.
but what are these errors? and do you think they would show again?
i just went through this weird thing yesterday. was parking and as i put my gear into reverse it Revs like its on neutral , second incident was while driving on a highway speed (120KM/hr) the gear suddenly went "empty" like i put it into neutral.
in both cases i switched off the car...
So after recommendations online to go for AEM dropin filter i ordered from amazon and it reached from US.
been in for couple of weeks , much better throttle response , some slight nice noise and the xterra seems more "energitic"!
in here in UAE its always dusty and when the offroad season...
Thanks all for the welcoming :)
we usually dune bash here in UAE especially during our better weather ( october till march). Some rock crawling also here and there.
My first car to drive was a manual first gen Pathfinder (2 doors) 4 cylinders.
we have a huge Xterra community here. Some pics...
