Turned out to be fuse F10 in the engine bay fuse box. Unfortuantely it was intact which means we may have a bigger issue that originally thought. Hopefully the dealer is willing to assist since I can't imagine this was missed in the 167 point inspection it received when it came to them.
So I bought my 2012 Xterra from the dealer on Friday and got it home and found out the fogs don't turn on. I figured I might just check the fuse to see if it is a simple fix before going back to the dealer. One problem, I can't seem to locate the fog light fuse. Where is this bastard hidden?

Cooper Discoverer AT3s ended up wearing super unevenly, including "bubbling" in some areas, causing major jostling around 70-80 mph. Would not recommend for a daily driver tire.
