When I see it with the can carrier and all the other options, I should have done that rear bumper too
I really considered the Shrock. A buddy has one and it's nice too and about half the price. But in the end, I know it's another buy once cry once deal. Plus these have good resale if I swap platforms or something in the future.

Those are the big truck take offs?! They're lookin pretty new..
Yes and yes. And since I've considered the Gobi ladder I ordered it spaced for that as well.
I have the spec/price sheet saved somewhere. Mind me asking what it was $$wise all optioned up?

They only have about 3k on them. The X's Coopers are getting thin, at least thinner than I want to wheel with. And the Nittos are a little loud on the truck so the truck got new Coopers and the X gets the year old Nittos.

I didn't get the backup lights on the bumper and I think it's gonna be about $2100 shipped. Ugh that hurts to type....

Just sent the down payment for a Maxterra full rear bumper and tire carrier set-up. Now the wait begins.....
You'll never regret that purchase. And you'd instantly regret the Shrock, because their swing arm closure rattles just like Hefty's.... nobody makes a secure closure like Dave, nor do they have options.

It's worth the wait.

I should have bought a Maxterra. But my Shrock doesn't rattle at all.

Got my drawers mostly done and back in. Gotta stain the side flaps and a few odd pieces.

Doubling the slides on the drawers and putting the nicer hinges on the flaps really quietened it down while moving. No more squeaking and banging.

Rear t-case output is leaking again. I'm not sure what's going on. I put genuine Nissan seals on it. May be time to change my yoke.

Did you put M226 when you originally had a C200? I was just reading about that swap and somebody mentioned that seal perpetually leaking because the driveshaft was longer. At least I think that’s what they were talking about — I wasn’t reading that intently.

Yeah. I'm wondering if the issue isn't the rough spot on the slip yoke where it originally ran further out of the seal. But there's a bit there too so there's plenty of space.

There's no powder coat on those skids so I'm using easy-off to strip them. After that I'll dunk them in some Evapo-rust for a couple days. Then they should be ready to install after a couple good coats of Rustoleum (if I can find the stuff I want).
