Hey all,

So recently I've been really wanting to get a suspension lift on my 2005 Nissan Xterra. However, I have absolutely no idea where to order the right kit or even what is a good price for one. I also dont know if I want to do 3' lift or a 4' lift. I just joined this group right now and I am hoping I can get some help with these decisions lol. Thank you so much in advance for your help! Feel free to ask me any questions if you need any more info to better help me.

Reality. 2" suspension is doable with minor mods. To go to 3 or 4 you're doing a lot.

to clarify. You can do shackles and coil spacers and get 2" easy.

However, 2 inches done the right way. Coilovers, upper control arms in the front, and then whatever you need to do in the rear.

realistically the 3 and 4" lift is too much for the CV shaft dimensions at stock. You need to go to Titan length front stuff to get that much disarticulation.

Thank you! What's a realistic price difference between a 2" and 3" ?
Cheap end of a 2" lift you're into 300ish. If you do uppers and coilovers $1000-1500ish depending on what parts you go with. To go Titan width to get 3-4 inches you're into about $2500

What’s the ultimate goal of the lift? If looks or capability you won’t use much you could go one route, but if you’re going to do off-roading you may not want a “band-aid” approach you’ll just have to fix again later. I definitely get the buy once, cry once mantra some people go by.

If looks, I’ll be selling a 2” AAL within a couple weeks for the rear!

That would be the minimum, and just for the front.
My current set up, not including the drive shaft, but including all that had to be done front and rear , is right at $5,200.00
But ya kinda have to include the drive shaft, so add another $400.
