Okay the cutting board/divider has rounded edges and if I measure the width just at the start of the round on the side the top is 12" the bottom is 11 3/8" and the basket is 12"at the top where it sit's on the ledge. Does ur's have the slot in the middle ??

I know we already texted, but for others in suspense.... Perfect match.

Our last trip to Flagpole my driver side fog light fogged up after barely splashing any water, and the water has persisted. Yesterday I pulled the whole housing out, cleaned it, rinsed the inside, let it dry, and today I put a layer of silicone sealant around the entire outside if where the glass meets the housing. I can't tell where the leak might be, but now the whole thing is covered. Then after making sure the fog light was seated correctly, I put another smear around where the rubber touched the housing. I hope this time it's completely sealed. If it fogs up again I don't know what else to do besides drilling a giant hole in the bottom.

And for today's installment [ that's a hint for Kirk ] Lol !!

Installed cabin air filter's , this is the first time I changed them. Look how badly someone before me jammed them in there:eek:a little finesse and they go right in. I bet Odo's interior fan is happy to breath again ; look at the amount of crap in there:confused:
Also put a rubber truck bed liner in . Just got tired of $hit sliding around the $hip . It's a 2nd/some defect's but for $70 incl shipping it'll get worse before I'm done with it:D 20201122_100842.jpg 20201122_101017.jpg 20201122_120752.jpg

Gave the engine bay/under carriage a better cleaning since it was filthy from the mud hole at flagpole knob . Also put on the battery terminal's from R.R., the positive side need's a small metal shim to make that plastic black piece fit better , I have some washer's holding it up off the terminal for now so it don't pull down and crack . If anyone has a better idea I'm listening. ;)20201126_162108.jpg 20201126_162145.jpg

Put a new blower motor resistor in yesterday just to see if it would help with a noise that it make's right after start up. It didn't , LOL . But it did improve the flow rate of air it's moving even though this wasn't the issue so it's still a win-tie situation.

Might be the blower motor itself. Mine was making quite a racket when it went. When it was working...
It make's a thumping type noise when you start the vehicle like it's a vacuum leak then it goes away . It's been doing this for 18 month's but It still worked heat/AC wise; I thought I'd try a cheap fix first , at least it was super easy to replace the resistor and the motor is right next to it if need be.

Theres an issue with the blend door on these that what you're describing sounds like. Might look into that? I can't remember what you have to do but it is something about it trying to seek out a home position and not finding it so it slips its gears.

Installed the awning today with the help of some pretty nice brackets from Gzilla.

Then replaced my cheapy round "pods" with SS3 pods from Diode Dynamics. Can't wait to take it out at night and see how it will throw light on the trail.

I must say I like the smaller light's , they look like they were made to fit in there ! Well I did a H.F. drive-buy and snagged a 22" bar and a wiring kit and here's what I can say . When I go to HF I am buying disposable tool's I can beat the $hit out of , break or lose and my feeling's don't get hurt at all because I know what I'm buying !! I was surprised at the weight of the box at the store and when I got home and took the light out I was really surprised . This thing is heavy , it appears to be an ALL aluminum housing with 20 set screw's holding the lens's cover on top of the 40 light's with a nice fit and finish to it. If it work's as good as it look's I'll go get another 1 or 2. If it don't work that good or last a couple year's it's no biggie , hell my bar tab's are at least this much up to twice as much . Maybe I'll sneak up behind Jay and light up his new awning :p

Yeah I was worried they would look too small but I actually like it better. They're actually the same size as the Pro4x light without the housing.

Speaking of Harbor Freight, @Pro-4K and I were working on his shocks yesterday and we snapped off a Pittsburgh wrench. I need to take it in.

Where are you putting the light bar? In the grille?

Put these on today, new sway bar bracket's/bushing's from PRG . Still need to mount antenna and hook up light bar !! Jeff let me use one of his bay's so at least I wasn't cold. For those wondering you can do this without taking the plastic lower bumper or the thin skid-plate type thing off or apart. A 2ft breaker bar socket wrench did fine , I didn't even put it on the lift.

Sliders came today! Luckily it's warmer today and tomorrow, so I got them down to bare steel and put three coats of etch primer on.

Tomorrow morning I'm doing rust-oleum "pro grade" spray bed liner before heading west. If all goes well I'll probably install by next weekend.

Bedliner done! Countdown to installation is started. Given the 10" of snow forecasted for Wednesday and probable 2" of salt and chemical that will be on the road, I probably won't install until next weekend if I can get the frame nice and clean.

How bout just lightly sand/clean and paint the frame between your wheel's b 4 install. I did that before my install so now I have from the tire's to the end's to do. Then again your's might not be as bad as mine being 9 years older.

Did my sliders today. I wasn't feeling great this morning and should've taken it easy, and now I feel like a lump of crap. At least it's off my list.
PXL_20201219_221356913.jpg

Turns out the Rust-Oleum "pro" bed liner is garbage. May as well have used a crayon. Basically anything hard that touched it took off a scraped area — floor, wrench, tip of ratchet, etc. I don't know what the deal is — I followed all the instructions and let it cure a full week. We had a few days of high humidity, some low, and the last 24 hours was in front of the fire. For now I sanded and wiped all the spots then hit them with a thick glob of it from the can. I want to at least have something there, even if it's not fully cured when I drive tomorrow. In the spring I'll probably yank them back off and take them to get powder coat.
