Yes!

If it wasnt for the classifieds, I would have left FB forever ago. I honestly like (love) forums better, and my Instagram doesnt have the same bullshiat interactions my FB has. I am so with you on this. If everyone could just move back onto the forums, that would be great, thanks.
Yes yes yes!

If you don't have kids yet, don't have daughters. They are the moodiness ufcking spawns of Satan. They are all nice and everything when they are young but will make you regret your choices when they become teens.

Well I ran Flagpole Knob in 2wd with 50lb of tire pressure:confused: . Only once at the worst angled/rocky switch back did I lose traction so I dropped it in 4high went 20-30ft and put it back in 2wd and it's still there , Lol As for the tire pressure I figured that if they would take/run at 80lb's then I would run 50 on the street and leave it at that , after all do you really need to widen ur foot print in this type of offroad terrain ? Then a couple of people [ Kyle ,Garry ;I think ??? ] said it also make's the ride a little smoother ! I never even considered that  [ I'm a rookie in 4wd ] Lol Overall I'm very happy with the way the Wildpeak MT's handled this outing. I'd like to think it's like running AT's with a locker !! Lol I should've drooped it n 4lo and seen how they done. Anyway I'm looking forward to gaining more offroad experience each time out and also gaining the knowledge from the people around me, thank's everyone the company was enjoyable . :D

Tire pressure will go down to 44lb today to see how it ride's/handle's on the street .........

I'll give you some advice, if you're on a trail like that, run 4lo. It's easier on your transmission and has less impact on the trail. Lots of folks have killed automatic transmissions because when you run that slow, you turn the torque converter into a big heater. Running at or below stall in a situation like that just pumps heat into the transmission, causes varnish and dramatically shortens the life of your ATF.

Thank's TerryD , I didn't know anything about that and since my trans developed SMOD [ caught early ] you probably helped save it from a death sentence from me playing around with tire's. Your advice has always been appreciated:)

I'm here to help! I want everyone to get the most from their rigs and do the least amount of damage to the trail possible. I'm a firm believer in Tread Lightly and vehicle maintenence. LOL.

For tire pressures, and especially with Falken tires which are notoriously stiff, 20-25 for trails like Flag Pole. It'll ride smoother and again, the longer foot print of a deflated tire will lessen the impact on the trail. I usually run around 20 with my Coopers, having gone down to 17 before on Pott's for the added traction. On the street I generally run 34psi. That gets me the most even contact patch for my X's weight and tire width. Do the chalk test on your tires to determine a good street pressure.

If I understand your post correctly, you're running tire pressure WAY too high. Which is only going to wear out your suspension components faster.

If you are running 33's your street pressure should be between 35 and 40 psi. Tire dependent.

Off Road, between 15 and 20 psi.

And as Terry said... Run trails in 4 lo. There are no good awards / rewards for running trails in 2 hi.

Our governor is a ufcking idiot he gave a update on the virus. Now he is talking about fining stores and shutting them down if they don't make people wear masks. Next week will probably shut down gyms, bars, and restaurants. Then on top of that he is telling people not to celebrate Thanksgiving with their families. He is going to end up causing a revolt because people are sick of his shiat. People are going to get sick mask or no masks get over it. Hell a couple of months ago he was saying we might have to wear masks for a couple years because we don't have heard immunity. Now people are getting sick and he is freaking out about it. Rant over
Oh then he was saying he doesn't want schools to shut down and that is where a high number of people are getting exsposed to it.

This are neat! I have a buddy with a Quigley converted E350 with the 6.0 diesel. Its pretty sweet. We put together a full float Dana 60 (70 maybe?) Rear with a Detroit in it. Its basically their mobile home.

Oh, and the GM 8.1 is a V8. Still based on the old school big block architecture. Bad ass engines.

People are going to get sick mask or no masks get over it.

This right here is why cases are still going up. Collectively the American people can't be bothered to care about the people around them, and they reject basic science. The politicization of mask wearing was (and somehow still is) the biggest failure of elected officials.

Well shiat.......I guess I'm hosed. Good thing I'm only having one.

Its a chevy, ill pass

All vehicles have their issues (some makes have more than others).

The thing about chevy's is......the whole vehicle might fall apart around you, but at least it'll still be running!

So, I've spent the last two days building my new storage system. I still need to build the drawers and the ears for the sides, but two days and 70 bucks got me this:

I've got my water pump, and everything wired up in the back, with a latching door for easy access if I need it:

It's hard to argue it but both my in-laws have covid right now and they both wear masks religiously. I find it hard to believe that masks do little other than make people feel better about themselves. I quit wearing a mask about 4-5 months ago because I was getting constant sinus infections rebreathing the air I breath out. It's not always a matter of can't be bothered for me i was tired of living in misery all the time.

I work in a field where we've been wearing masks 8-10hr shifts for the last 5yrs and people originally started wearing it below the nose cause "I can't breathe". I work in the cannabis industry so I'm frequently around the lazy, hippie type, just here for the check, crowd and everyone now wears a mask correctly, full time. No issues. I think it's a mental thing. I wear them outside of work the few places I go not only because of the requirements but because I don't want to deal with anyone whining..
